1. Building of an information securities control system
   Building an information securities control system in order always to get trust from society, Leafvein (here after, we) will make all efforts toward protection in all information property possesses obeying a model of a decree about an information securities. 
   
   
2. Safekeeping of data
   We emphasize consideration to security in management of data in our website and the data collected through our website.　 Customer's personal information is kept in our database server with secured security not kept at all on our Web server. This server is separated from any network and is not accessed unjustly. Sent information post mails and fax are also taken cared by a strict control system.
   
   
3. About the time-out function.
   Please accept when fixation time has passed without operating a screen after a customer logged in, our system logs out and ends service automatically in order not for a third person to operate selfishly.
   
   
4. Cookie (cookie)
   Cookie is the small data file sent to the hard disk of customer's computer through a web browser from a website. We sometimes use Cookie to offer better service on our website but personal customer's information like your name and Email address will never be transmitted to anywhere. You can refuse it by setting of a web browser if you want.
   
   
5. Object of information security policy
   The object that this policy is all our information property that our officials, staffs and temporary workers get in our business activities. And we, our officials, staffs and temporary workers including staffs in tenant obey this policy.
   
   
6. Secondary restricted information access.
   Customer's information isn't elucidated to a third person without customer's agreement. Please refer to [handling of personal information] for more information.

    ■ Handling of personal information

1. We settle on a personal information protection plan to carry out this declaration, and make our staff carry without exception and make an effort toward the improvement.
2. We do by legitimacy and the just way in case of getting personal information, and don't do by the unjust way. When we get it, we'll specify the use purpose by documents or announce it officially by our home pages in advance. When change has occurred to the use purpose, we'll announce it officially by our home pages promptly. Please inquire about the publication contents on the Web site to our question desk.
3. To prevent unjust access of personal information, the loss, destruction, garble and a leak, etc., we establish a personal information protection administrator and take rational security measures as well as put necessary correction disposal into effect.
4. We assume that we extend authority uses personal information we notify the person who is a subject of personal information in the area or we announce it to our home page officially. And only a person will handle it accordingly to the limit for the business.

All information for registration written application, the application form, the order sheet, the letter of request and the information you indicate on a change form variously again (your names, the addresses and the telephone numbers, etc.) are needed for us to offer our customer services only and never be used for the other purpose. When　it happen some changes in any information we may sometime change the registration information.  

• To deliver or confirm the goods purchased
• To develop a better goods, a better service and a new service.
• To do account transfer request to a financial institution.
• To do customer control in our company.
• To send a gratitude to our customer for their corporation of our investigation.
• To send a research result to support business activity, new goods and other information.  

We never deliver any information to a third person without permission of customer.
Even in the case that we are asked from outside enterprise to execute a delivery of information which is valuable for the customer, we do not deliver any customer information to these enterprise without permission of customer. But there may be an exception like the case when we settle account the good price or service price we exchange customers information only to confirm the account number in the bank or to confirm the availability of credit card and so on.
